The Secretary of the Heart is the one who tends to the details. The small, faithful attending that allows the prayer to be held without interruption. The tending is itself part of the work.
The Invitation
You are invited to take your place as the one who holds the threshold for the women who arrive. The calendar, the bookings, the Zoom rooms, the WhatsApp group — these are essential parts of the prayer.
What You Tend To
- The calendar — kept in coherence with what is being communicated.
- The WhatsApp group description — quietly updated when a new link or post appears, so the women always find what they need.
- The Zoom links — kept current, in advance.
- The personal bookings with Sandii — see below.
- Reflect back to Sandii where there are inconsistencies.

Personal Bookings
Next gateway availability:
- 19th, 20th, 24th June
- 4pm–7pm Central European Time (9am–12pm Mexico City)
When Sandii offers the time slots for the next gateway, you carry them to each woman:
- Reach out with the open windows, in her timezone and Sandii's (Europe/Budapest, CET).
- When she chooses, confirm gently.
- Send the Zoom link and the passcode.
- Place the appointment on Sandii's Zoom calendar so her time is held in one place.
Cycle by cycle
Bookings are made cycle by cycle, prior to the new moon of the cycle the woman wishes to receive in.
Cancellation and rescheduling
- Free rescheduling or cancellation up to 72 hours before the session.
- Within 72 hours: rescheduling only, subject to availability.
- No-shows and cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
